Chef Doug’s wonderful creations stem from his love for an outstanding product, exceptional culinary skills, and the passion for local ingredients. With 15 years of culinary experience, mostly fine dining. Chef Doug worked in Seattle for 12 years where he learned the art of serving a high quality product. When returning to Ohio Chef Doug was hired by Hyde Park Group to oversee the opening of Blake’s and Hyde Park in Crocker Park. Chef Doug then made is way to McCormick & Schmicks as they launched their Beachwood store. Chef Doug’s know-how with American Cuisine with his training in fine dining provides a unique platform for his wonderful entrees. We are excited to have him apart of your team and look forward to many years with him heading our kitchen.
